  • 2 ¼ cups breadcrumbs
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small garlic clove minced

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
  • In a shallow baking pan, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and salt.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
