- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 pound chicken breast
- Seasoned salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup Colby cheese shredded
- 8 corn tortillas
- ½ cup sour cream
- For Guacamole
- 1 ripe avocado pitted and peeled
- 1 tomato crushed
- ½ onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 chili pepper seeded and minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
- 1 lime juiced
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste

- Preheat your Air Fryer to 370 degrees F.
- Drizzle peanut oil over the chicken breast and season with salt, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin.
- Cook in the Air Fryer for 15 minutes, then turn over and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
- Increase Air Fryer temperature to 380 degrees F.
- Divide the cooked chicken and cheese between the tortillas, roll them up, and place in a lightly greased cooking basket.
- Spritz the tortillas with cooking spray.
- Cook the taquitos for 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Mash the avocado with a fork and combine with the remaining guacamole ingredients.
- Serve the taquitos with guacamole and sour cream.
