  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cup Colby cheese shredded
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • For Guacamole
  • 1 ripe avocado pitted and peeled
  • 1 tomato crushed
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 chili pepper seeded and minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
  • 1 lime juiced

  • Increase Air Fryer temperature to 380 degrees F.

  • Spritz the tortillas with cooking spray.
  • Cook the taquitos for 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
