Crunchy Ranch Chicken Wing Bites

Equipment

  • waxed paper
  • baking dish 12 x 8"

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds Chicken wings
  • cup Finely crushed round crackers
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Bottled Ranch Dressing
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  • Cut off the wing tips at the joint and then cut each wing in half at the joint.
  • In a small bowl, toss the chicken wings with the Ranch dressing.
  • On waxed paper, combine the finely crushed round crackers, paprika, and salt.
  • Coat each chicken wing thoroughly with the cracker mixture.
  • In a 12 x 8″ baking dish, covered with a paper towel, microwave the chicken on high for 7 to 9 minutes, or until the chicken juices run clear when tested with a knife.
  • Rearrange the wings halfway through cooking.
  • Optional:
  • Serve with additional Ranch dressing for dipping.
