Cumin lamb, green olive, and feta pizza

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces store-bought pizza dough
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ounces ground lamb crumbled into small bits
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 6 pitted green olives roughly chopped
  • 1 ounce feta cheese crumbled
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black peppe

Instructions

  • Roll and stretch the pizza dough into a 6-inch round.
  • Lay the dough round in the air fryer, then brush with 1 teaspoon of the olive oil.
  • Arrange the lamb crumbles over the dough and sprinkle with the cumin and paprika, followed by the olives and feta.
  • Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with the remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil, and cook at 350°F until the dough is cooked through and the meat is browned and crisp on top, about 8 minutes.
  • Transfer the pizza to a plate and serve hot.
