Dijon-Roasted Smoked Sausages and Carrots

- 1 pound smoked chicken sausages
- 1 pound carrots trimmed and halved lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 380°F.
- Pierce the sausages all over with a fork and place them in the Air Fryer basket.
- Add the carrots to the basket, along with the Dijon mustard, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Toss everything until well coated.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then shake the basket and cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, until the carrots are tender and sausages are heated through.
