  • 1 pound smoked chicken sausages
  • 1 pound carrots trimmed and halved lengthwise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your Air Fryer to 380°F.
  • Pierce the sausages all over with a fork and place them in the Air Fryer basket.
  • Add the carrots to the basket, along with the Dijon mustard, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
  • Toss everything until well coated.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, then shake the basket and cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, until the carrots are tender and sausages are heated through.
