  • ½ cup of dried bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese plus additional Parmesan for serving

Instructions

  • How do I prepare it?
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until well blended.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, making about 36 meatballs.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are no longer pink in the center.
  • Serve the meatballs over fettuccine noodles, and garnish with fresh basil and additional Parmesan cheese.
