  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • cup saltines e.g., Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your Air Fryer to 390°F.
  • Season each piece of chicken with garlic salt, cayenne pepper, and freshly cracked black pepper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil with crushed saltines.
  • Dip each chicken piece into the cracker mixture to coat.
  • Roll each coated chicken piece in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Place the nuggets in the Air Fryer basket in batches and cook for 8 minutes.
  • To reheat, place the nuggets back in the basket and cook for an additional 1 minute.
