Ingredients

Ingredients for 12–14 Servings

  • 2.5 cups Elderflower Juice
  • 7 tbsp 100 ml Sparkling wine or champagne
  • 4 tsp 2 cl Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Stir the elderflower juice together with the sparkling wine and lemon juice.
  • Place in the ice cream machine (or freezer, stirring repeatedly).
