Elderflower Sorbet
Ingredients
Ingredients for 12–14 Servings
- 2.5 cups Elderflower Juice
- 7 tbsp 100 ml Sparkling wine or champagne
- 4 tsp 2 cl Lemon juice
Instructions
- Stir the elderflower juice together with the sparkling wine and lemon juice.
- Place in the ice cream machine (or freezer, stirring repeatedly).
