Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 large carrots
  • 1 stalk celery cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 apple cored and quartered
  • ½ beet with the tops
  • 3 handfuls of wheatgrass
  • ½ handful of parsley

Instructions

  • Wash the carrots, celery, apple, beet, wheatgrass, and parsley under cold water.
  • Trim off the ends of the carrots and beet.
  • Cut the celery into 1-inch chunks.
  • Core and quarter the apple.
  • Place all ingredients into the juicer and run them through according to the manufacturer’s instructions, extracting all the juice.
  • Strain the juice to remove any pulp and obtain a smoother consistency.
  • Pour the fresh energizing wheatgrass blend into a glass and serve immediately.
