Fig Vinaigrette
Ingredients
Makes about ¾ cup / Prep: 5 min.
- ¼ cup fig preserves
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Whisk together first 5 ingredients until smooth.
- Add oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking until smooth.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week; bring to room temperature, and whisk before serving.
