Ingredients

Makes 1/4 cup

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice or cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to dissolve the sugar.
  • Pour any leftover sauce into a glass container, cover tightly, and store it in the refrigerator.
  • It will keep for up to a week.
