Ch’o Kanjang Vinegar-Soy Sauce
Ingredients
Makes 1/4 cup
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice or cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Pour any leftover sauce into a glass container, cover tightly, and store it in the refrigerator.
- It will keep for up to a week.
