- 2 dozen chicken wings
- 5 oz. bottle soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking sheet.
- Cut the chicken wings in half at the joint.
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder to make the marinade.
- Place the chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them.
- Ensure the wings are evenly coated.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Once marinated, arrange the chicken wings on the greased baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, turning them once halfway through cooking, until the marinade has thickened and the wings are cooked through.
- Serve hot as an appetizer.
