Ingredients

  • 5 oz. bottle soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking sheet.
  • Cut the chicken wings in half at the joint.
  • In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder to make the marinade.
  • Place the chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them.
  • Ensure the wings are evenly coated.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Once marinated, arrange the chicken wings on the greased baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, turning them once halfway through cooking, until the marinade has thickened and the wings are cooked through.
  • Serve hot as an appetizer.
