Ingredients
- 5 ripe medium bananas
- ¼ cup oat milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder optional
- Pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
Freeze Bananas:
- Peel the bananas and break them into thirds.
- Place them in a freezer bag and freeze for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.
Blend the Ice Cream:
- Once the bananas are frozen, transfer them to a blender.
