Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce gluten-free if needed
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno powder
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, orange juice, jalapeno powder, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Place steaks in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
  • Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Cover the dish or seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
  • When ready to cook, remove the steaks from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
  • Grill the steaks to your desired level of doneness.
