Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons 10 g ground coriander
- 2½ tablespoons 15 g ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom or 1 black cardamom pod
- ½ teaspoon white peppercorns
- 1 dried bay leaf
- ¼ teaspoon crushed chile pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves optional
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a coffee grinder.
- Process until finely ground.
