Garlic and Thyme Air Fryer Lamb Chops

- 4 lamb chops
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Place the clove of garlic in the air fryer and cook with a little olive oil for 10 minutes until roasted.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dried thyme, black pepper, and the remaining olive oil.
- Squeeze the roasted garlic into the thyme mixture and blend well.
- Brush the garlic and thyme mixture generously over the lamb chops.
- Place the lamb chops in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
