Ingredients
- 6 cups gooseberries stemmed
- 1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
- ¾–1 cup peeled seeded, and chopped oranges
- 4½ cups sugar
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often.
- Continue boiling gently, stirring often, for 35 minutes, or until thickened.
- Ladle into clean jars and process for 10 minutes in boiling-water bath.
