Ingredients

  • 6 cups gooseberries stemmed
  • 1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • ¾–1 cup peeled seeded, and chopped oranges
  • cups sugar

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often.
  • Continue boiling gently, stirring often, for 35 minutes, or until thickened.
  • Ladle into clean jars and process for 10 minutes in boiling-water bath.
