Grape Butter from Phillis Pellman Good
Ingredients
- 1 quart grapes washed and drained
- 4 cups granulated sugar
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Mix together, bring to boil and cook for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Put through food press.
- Pour into pint jars.
- Process in a boiling-bath for 10 minutes.
