Greek Lamb Burgers with Tzatziki Sauce
This is a delicious burger dish you can make whenever you are craving homemade Greek food. It is the perfect dish to make to help celebrate summer.
Ingredients
- 10 ounces of ground lamb
- 6 ounces of lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 4 ounces of crumbled goat cheese
- 1 ½ Tablespoons of dried oregano chopped
- Dash of salt and black pepper
- 1 cup of Tzatziki sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a bowl, add in the ground lamb, ground beef and vinegar.
- Stir well to mix.
- Add in the crumbled goat cheese and dried oregano.
- Season with a dash of salt and black pepper.
- Stir again to mix.
- Divide the mix into 4 patties.
- Place onto a plate and cover.
- Set into the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat an outdoor grill to 400 degrees.
- Place the burger patties onto the preheated grill.
- Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to the desired doneness.
- Transfer immediately onto the hamburger buns.
- Drizzle the tzatziki sauce over the burger patties.
