Ingredients

  • 40 Frozen Meatballs About ⅔ Of A 2-Pound Bag
  • 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ Cup Grated Cucumber
  • 2 Cubes Frozen Crushed Garlic
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ Teaspoon Dried Dill
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt Divided
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Divided
  • 1 Cup Diced Cucumber
  • 1 Cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion
  • 4 8″ Naan Flatbreads

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven To 375°F.
  • Place Meatballs In Single Layer On A Rimmed Ungreased Baking Sheet And Bake Until Hot, About 15 Minutes.
  • In A Small Bowl, Mix Together Yogurt, Grated Cucumber, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Oil, Dill, ½ Teaspoon Salt, And ½ Teaspoon Pepper.
  • Set Aside.
  • In A Medium Bowl, Toss Together Diced Cucumber, Tomatoes, Onion, Remaining ½ Teaspoon Salt, And Remaining ½ Teaspoon Pepper.
  • Set Aside.
  • During The Last 2 Minutes Of The Meatballs’ Baking Time, Lay Flatbreads On The Other Oven Rack To Warm.
  • When Meatballs Are Finished, Remove Everything From The Oven.
