Greek Meatball Wraps With Tzatziki Sauce

If You Are Supershort On Time, You Can Cheat This Recipe By Heating The Meatballs In The Microwave (According To Package Directions) Instead Of The Oven.
Ingredients
- 40 Frozen Meatballs About ⅔ Of A 2-Pound Bag
- 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- ¼ Cup Grated Cucumber
- 2 Cubes Frozen Crushed Garlic
- 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ Teaspoon Dried Dill
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt Divided
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Divided
- 1 Cup Diced Cucumber
- 1 Cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion
- 4 8″ Naan Flatbreads
Instructions
- Preheat Oven To 375°F.
- Place Meatballs In Single Layer On A Rimmed Ungreased Baking Sheet And Bake Until Hot, About 15 Minutes.
- In A Small Bowl, Mix Together Yogurt, Grated Cucumber, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Oil, Dill, ½ Teaspoon Salt, And ½ Teaspoon Pepper.
- Set Aside.
- In A Medium Bowl, Toss Together Diced Cucumber, Tomatoes, Onion, Remaining ½ Teaspoon Salt, And Remaining ½ Teaspoon Pepper.
- Set Aside.
- During The Last 2 Minutes Of The Meatballs’ Baking Time, Lay Flatbreads On The Other Oven Rack To Warm.
- When Meatballs Are Finished, Remove Everything From The Oven.
- Assemble Each Wrap With 10 Meatballs Plus A Generous Helping Of Tzatziki And Vegetables.
- Serve Immediately.
