Greek-Style Guacamole
This guacamole embodies the character of the Mediterranean and is actually excellent for weight loss.
Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 3 ripe avocados pitted and peeled
- ½ medium red onion finely diced
- 1 sun-dried tomato chopped
- 2 cherry tomatoes chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped olives of choice
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mash avocados in a bowl using a potato masher or fork to your desired consistency.
- Add remaining ingredients and fold in well.
- Serve guacamole.
