Berry Bliss Greek Yogurt Parfait
Layers of creamy yogurt, berry compote, and crunchy granola—delicious simplicity!

Ingredients
For the Maqui Berry Compote
- ½ cup raspberries
- ¾ cup sliced strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons maqui powder
For the Parfait
- 1 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
Make the Maqui Berry Compote
- In a small saucepan, combine raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the berries begin to break down.
- Remove from heat and stir in the maqui powder.
- Let it cool completely.
- Assemble the Parfait
- In a mason jar, layer 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup maqui berry compote, and 1/2 cup granola.
- Repeat the layers to create a second layer of each ingredient.
- Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
Additional maqui berry compote can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
If making ahead, wait to add the granola until ready to serve. Refrigerating the granola can cause it to lose its crunch.

Pair with a light Moscato or a freshly brewed herbal tea for a refreshing accompaniment.
