  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • ½ pound leftover beef coarsely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves pressed
  • 1 cup kale torn into pieces and wilted
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon brown sugar
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Spritz the inside of four ramekins with cooking spray.
  • Divide all ingredients evenly among the prepared ramekins, stirring to combine well.
  • Place the ramekins in the Air Fryer and cook at 360°F for 16 minutes.
  • Check for doneness with a wooden stick and cook for a few additional minutes if needed.
  • Serve immediately.
