Hearty Beef and Kale Omelet

Ingredients
- Non-stick cooking spray
- ½ pound leftover beef coarsely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- 1 cup kale torn into pieces and wilted
- 1 tomato chopped
- ¼ teaspoon brown sugar
- 4 eggs beaten
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon ground allspice
Instructions
- Spritz the inside of four ramekins with cooking spray.
- Divide all ingredients evenly among the prepared ramekins, stirring to combine well.
- Place the ramekins in the Air Fryer and cook at 360°F for 16 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a wooden stick and cook for a few additional minutes if needed.
- Serve immediately.
