Homemade Beef / Lamb Stock

Ingredients
- 7 -10 beef bones with marrow Or use any beef bones with a little meat left
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 2 onions – chopped w/ skin
- 2 carrots – peeled & chopped
- 2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
- 9 black peppercorns
- 2 tsp salt
- Cold water
Instructions
- Place bones on greased baking sheet
- Brush liberally with tomato paste
- Bake 350 F turning midway during baking
- About 25 minutes each side
- Combine all ingredients into crock pot and cover with water
- Cook on low for 12-24 hours ,Or high for 6-7 hours
- Strain and refrigerate
- Keeps for about 4-5 days unless frozen
