Hummus

- 1 16-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 3 garlic cloves chopped
- ⅓ cup tahini
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup olive oil extra-virgin
Instructies
- Process first 5 ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
- With processor running, pour olive oil through food chute in a slow, steady stream; process until smooth.
- Chill 1 hour.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
Serve hummus with carrot and celery sticks, asparagus spears, sugar snap peas, and red bell pepper strips.
