Kid-Friendly Turkey Meatballs

This recipe is unbelievably fast and easy. Serve them with pasta or just eat them with ketchup. Kids can help out with this easy recipe as well!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 ½ pounds of ground turkey
  • 1 egg beaten
  • cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Grease a 9×13 baking dish with the olive oil and place it in the oven while the oven preheats.
  • Mix together the rest of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Using your hands works best.
  • Form the meat into golf-ball-sized meatballs.
  • Place the meatballs 1 inch apart in the baking dish.
  • Press each meatball to flatten the bottoms slightly.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Then, turn the meatballs over and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  • They should be slightly crispy on the outside.
