Korean Beef Bowl Delight
Savory Korean beef bowl with leeks, garlic, and rice for an easy, delicious meal.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons bacon chopped
- 1 ½ pounds ground chuck
- 1 leek chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon daenjang soybean paste
- 1 teaspoon kochukaru chili pepper flakes
- Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 cups white rice hot cooked
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 360°F.
- Place the bacon in a baking pan and cook until it starts to crisp.
- Add the ground chuck and cook for 2 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Stir in the leeks, garlic, daenjang, kochukaru, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Mix in the hot cooked rice until well combined.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
