Ingredients

  • 1 22-Ounce Bag Frozen Waffle Fries
  • 2 Cups 8 Ounces Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 Cup Refried Beans
  • ½ Cup Frozen Corn
  • 2 Medium Roma Tomatoes Cored And Chopped
  • 1 Medium Avocado Peeled, Pitted, And Chopped
  • 2 Medium Green Onions Trimmed And Chopped
  • Cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ Cup Sliced Black Olives
  • ¼ Cup Pickled Jalapeños
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • Juice Of ½ Medium Lime

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven To 450°F.
  • Spread Fries On Rimmed Baking Sheet And Bake For 15 Minutes.
  • Remove From The Oven And Sprinkle Pepper Jack Over The Fries.
  • Dollop Beans Across The Fries, Then Sprinkle On The Corn.
  • Return To The Oven For Another 5 Minutes.
  • Remove And Top With Tomatoes, Avocado, Onions, Sour Cream, Olives, Jalapeños, Cilantro, And Lime Juice.
  • Serve Immediately.
