Mandarin Sorbet

Ingredients

Ingredients for 10–12 Portions

  • 2 cups 500 ml Mandarin juice
  • cup 150 g Granulated sugar
  • Zest of 3 untreated mandarins
  • Juice of 1 orange

Instructions

  • Melt sugar in a pan.
  • Add mandarin juice, orange juice, and mandarin zest.
  • Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Place in the ice cream machine (or freezer, stirring repeatedly).
