Mandarin Sorbet
Ingredients
Ingredients for 10–12 Portions
- 2 cups 500 ml Mandarin juice
- ⅔ cup 150 g Granulated sugar
- Zest of 3 untreated mandarins
- Juice of 1 orange
Instructions
- Melt sugar in a pan.
- Add mandarin juice, orange juice, and mandarin zest.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Place in the ice cream machine (or freezer, stirring repeatedly).
