Ingredients

Makes 1¼ cups / Prep: 5 min.

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh mint
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
