- 1 cup lemon sorbet
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Place the cucumber, chopped mint leaves, apple juice or cider, lemon sorbet, and ice cubes in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve immediately.
