Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain vanilla, or strawberry yogurt
  • 1/4-1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4-1/2 cup fruit juice optional, usually orange or Dole specialty juices
  • 1 banana
  • Handful of frozen or fresh strawberries or blueberries
  • 1 slice of cantaloupe or honeydew melon 4-5″ wide
  • 1 kiwi

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the yogurt, milk, and fruit juice (if using).
  • Add the banana, strawberries or blueberries, cantaloupe or honeydew melon slice, and kiwi.
  • Blend until smooth, adjusting the consistency to your preference by adding more milk or juice if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
