Mixed Fruit Delight Smoothie

Ingredients
- ½ cup plain vanilla, or strawberry yogurt
- 1/4-1/2 cup milk
- 1/4-1/2 cup fruit juice optional, usually orange or Dole specialty juices
- 1 banana
- Handful of frozen or fresh strawberries or blueberries
- 1 slice of cantaloupe or honeydew melon 4-5″ wide
- 1 kiwi
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the yogurt, milk, and fruit juice (if using).
- Add the banana, strawberries or blueberries, cantaloupe or honeydew melon slice, and kiwi.
- Blend until smooth, adjusting the consistency to your preference by adding more milk or juice if needed.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
