Nutty Mushroom Asparagus
This light dish serves as a great side addition to any heavy main course. It can also be used as an appetizer.
Ingrediënten
- 1 Cup Trimmed Asparagus Spears
- 1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoons Roasted Hazelnuts
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Teaspoons White Wine
- ½ Teaspoon Thyme
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructies
- Coat asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake in a pre-heated oven at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes.
- While it is baking, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet and slightly brown the mushrooms.
- Add in the hazelnuts and spices.
- Mix in the baked asparagus and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve warm.
