- 1 French deli roll halved
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 fresh basil leaves

Instructions
- Preheat our Panini maker.
- On a flat surface, place the roll facing upwards.
- Use balsamic vinegar to sprinkle to the cut sides of the roll.
- Top the roll with a slice of cheese, tomato slices, basil, then cover with another slice of cheese.
- Cover the ingredients with the other roll.
- Cook for 4 minutes in the maker, ensuring the cheese melts and the roll turns golden brown.
