  • 1 French deli roll halved
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small sliced tomato
  • ¼ tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat our Panini maker.
  • On a flat surface, place the roll facing upwards.
  • Use balsamic vinegar to sprinkle to the cut sides of the roll.
  • Top the roll with a slice of cheese, tomato slices, basil, then cover with another slice of cheese.
  • Cover the ingredients with the other roll.
  • Cook for 4 minutes in the maker, ensuring the cheese melts and the roll turns golden brown.
