Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ fresh papaya
  • 10-12 raspberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup water or fruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon toasted wheat germ optional

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the frozen banana.
  • Cut the fresh papaya in half, remove the seeds, and scoop out the flesh.
  • Add the frozen banana slices, papaya, raspberries, and water or fruit juice to the blender.
  • If using, add the toasted wheat germ.
  • Puree in the blender for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
