Papaya Berry Smoothie
A refreshing and filling smoothie made with frozen banana, fresh papaya, and raspberries. This smoothie is vegan and packed with nutrients, making it an ideal choice for a healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ fresh papaya
- 10-12 raspberries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup water or fruit juice
- 1 tablespoon toasted wheat germ optional
Instructions
- Peel and slice the frozen banana.
- Cut the fresh papaya in half, remove the seeds, and scoop out the flesh.
- Add the frozen banana slices, papaya, raspberries, and water or fruit juice to the blender.
- If using, add the toasted wheat germ.
- Puree in the blender for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
