Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup sliced peaches
  • ¼ cup wheat germ
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the low-fat vanilla yogurt, sliced peaches, wheat germ, orange juice, and ice cubes.
  • Cover and blend for about 1 minute, or until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into tall glasses.
  • Garnish with additional peach slices and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of wheat germ.
  • Serve immediately.
