Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup sliced peaches
- ¼ cup wheat germ
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the low-fat vanilla yogurt, sliced peaches, wheat germ, orange juice, and ice cubes.
- Cover and blend for about 1 minute, or until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into tall glasses.
- Garnish with additional peach slices and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of wheat germ.
- Serve immediately.
