Peachy Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 fresh peach
- ⅓ cup non-fat milk
- ¼ cup frozen apple juice concentrate
Instructions
- Peel the fresh peach and cut it into thin slices.
- Place the peach slices in a plastic zipper bag, laying flat.
- Freeze the bag for 1-2 hours.
- Once frozen, take out 1/4 of the peach slices and break them into pieces.
- In a blender, mix the peach pieces, non-fat milk, and frozen apple juice concentrate.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Add more frozen peach slices as peachy ice cubes for an extra refreshing touch.
