Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh peach
  • cup non-fat milk
  • ¼ cup frozen apple juice concentrate

Instructions

  • Peel the fresh peach and cut it into thin slices.
  • Place the peach slices in a plastic zipper bag, laying flat.
  • Freeze the bag for 1-2 hours.
  • Once frozen, take out 1/4 of the peach slices and break them into pieces.
  • In a blender, mix the peach pieces, non-fat milk, and frozen apple juice concentrate.
  • Cover and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  • Add more frozen peach slices as peachy ice cubes for an extra refreshing touch.
