  • 1 large tomato coarsely chopped
  • ½ large red onion coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves coarsely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
