Pizza Spaghetti Casserole with Smoked Chicken Sausage

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 pound smoked chicken sausage sliced
- 2 tomatoes pureed
- ½ cup Asiago cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning mix
- 3 tablespoons Romano cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves chiffonade
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and keep warm.
- Stir in the chicken sausage, tomato puree, Asiago cheese, and Italian seasoning mix.
- Spritz a baking pan with cooking spray and add the spaghetti mixture to the pan.
- Bake in the preheated Air Fryer at 325°F for 11 minutes.
- Top with grated Romano cheese, turn the temperature to 390°F, and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
