Pork Spice Mix
If you want to add pork in goulash, you can season meat with this spice mix.
Ingredients
- Crushed rosemary Dried: 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper powder: 2 teaspoons
- Dried basil: 1 tablespoon
- Celery salt: 1 teaspoon
- Dried parsley: 1 tablespoon
- Sea salt: 2 teaspoons
- Dry sage powder: 2 teaspoons
- Thyme leaves dried: 2 teaspoons
- Oregano leaves dried: 1 teaspoon
- Marjoram leaves dried: 2 teaspoons
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- You have to combine thyme, black pepper, rosemary, celery salt, parsley, basil, oregano, marjoram, sea salt, garlic powder and sage in a bowl to make an equal blend.
- You have to store this blend in an airtight container.
