  • large pan

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 chopped potato

Instructions

  • ake a large pan.
  • Add the olive oil into the pan.
  • Add the potatoes and salt into the pan.
  • Cook the potatoes well and then add the black pepper into the pan.
  • Break the eggs into the bowl.
  • Add the spices into the bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients & pour into the pan.
  • Cook the ingredients well on both sides.
  • Dish out when the eggs are done.
  • Garnish the dish with chopped parsley.
  • Your dish is ready to be served.
