  • 2 tablespoons tamari sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons spring onions finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese preferably freshly grated

Instructions

  • Combine the ground pork, tamari sauce, garlic, onions, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix the olive oil, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan.
  • Roll the meatballs in the Parmesan mixture.
  • Cook in an air fryer at 380°F for 3 minutes; shake the basket and cook for an additional 4 minutes or until meatballs are browned on all sides.
