Quick Parmesan-Crusted Pork Meatballs
Delicious pork meatballs coated in Parmesan, ready in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 tablespoons tamari sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons spring onions finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese preferably freshly grated
Instructions
- Combine the ground pork, tamari sauce, garlic, onions, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- In a shallow bowl, mix the olive oil, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan.
- Roll the meatballs in the Parmesan mixture.
- Cook in an air fryer at 380°F for 3 minutes; shake the basket and cook for an additional 4 minutes or until meatballs are browned on all sides.
