Ingredients

  • 1 10-count can refrigerator biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons brown mustard
  • ½ cup ground pork
  • ½ cup ground beef sausage
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Spritz the sides and bottom of a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Press five biscuits into the pan to form a base.
  • Brush the top of the biscuits with 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
  • Add 1/2 tablespoon ketchup, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1/4 cup ground pork, and 1/4 cup beef sausage.
  • Top with half the red onion slices.
  • Bake in the preheated Airfryer at 360°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.
  • Top with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes until melted.
  • Repeat the process for the second pizza.
  • Slice each pizza into halves, serve, and enjoy!
