Salad bowl with avocado and mozzarella
Ingredients
- 120 g avocado
- 100 g tomatoes
- 80 g mozzarella
- 40 g endive
- 20 g corn salad
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 stalks of fresh basil
- Salt pepper
Instructions
- Wash the lettuce and tear it into pieces.
- Wash and slice tomatoes.
- Cut the mozzarella into slices.
- Wash and chop roughly the basil.
- Halve and core the avocado, remove from the skin and cut into strips.
- Add the avocado, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil to the salad in the bowl.
- Drizzle everything with olive oil and season the salad bowl with salt and pepper.
