Salad bowl with avocado and mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 120 g avocado
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • 80 g mozzarella
  • 40 g endive
  • 20 g corn salad
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 stalks of fresh basil
  • Salt pepper

Instructions

  • Wash the lettuce and tear it into pieces.
  • Wash and slice tomatoes.
  • Cut the mozzarella into slices.
  • Wash and chop roughly the basil.
  • Halve and core the avocado, remove from the skin and cut into strips.
  • Add the avocado, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil to the salad in the bowl.
  • Drizzle everything with olive oil and season the salad bowl with salt and pepper.
