Savory Polish Sausage Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked Polish beef sausage sliced
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 bell peppers sliced
- 2 cups sourdough bread cubed
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss the sliced sausage with mustard, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Thread sausage, sliced bell peppers, and sourdough bread cubes alternately onto skewers.
- Sprinkle the skewers with salt and black pepper.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 360°F.
- Place the skewers in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 11 minutes.
- Brush the skewers with the reserved marinade while cooking.
