Savory Smoked Sausages with Tangy Spiced Sauerkraut

Ingredients
- 4 pork sausages smoked
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 pound sauerkraut
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon black peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions

- Place them in the air fryer basket and cook for 14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and set aside.
- Prepare the Sauerkraut: Increase the air fryer temperature to 380°F (190°C).
- In a baking pan, heat the canola oil and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute.
- Cook the Sauerkraut: Add the sauerkraut, cayenne pepper, black peppercorns, and bay leaves to the baking pan.
- Stir well to combine and cook for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes for even heating.
- Serve: Divide the sauerkraut among individual bowls and serve the warm smoked sausages alongside.
