Simple California Style Panini
It is a simple recipe to prepare. It is filling and an excellent snack for those busy days.
Ingrediënten
- 2 halved and sliced avocados
- ⅓ cup smoked julienned, and sun-dried tomato
- 2 tbsp diced red onions
- 2 cups lightly packed baby spinach
- 16 oz. halved ciabatta rolls
Instructies
- Preheat your panini press.
- On the bottom half of every ciabatta, place the avocado slices.
- Top with the onion, tomatoes, and spinach.
- Transfer the sandwiches into the panini press.
- Cook for 4 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
