Simple California Style Panini

It is a simple recipe to prepare. It is filling and an excellent snack for those busy days.

Ingrediënten

  • 2 halved and sliced avocados
  • cup smoked julienned, and sun-dried tomato
  • 2 tbsp diced red onions
  • 2 cups lightly packed baby spinach
  • 16 oz. halved ciabatta rolls

Instructies

  • Preheat your panini press.
  • On the bottom half of every ciabatta, place the avocado slices.
  • Top with the onion, tomatoes, and spinach.
  • Transfer the sandwiches into the panini press.
  • Cook for 4 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
