For the Marinade:

  • 2 pounds top round cut into bite-sized strips
  • 2 garlic cloves sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • ¼ cup red wine
  • 1 tablespoon tamari sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

For Cooking:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 carrot sliced

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine beef, garlic, marjoram, red wine, tamari sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C) and add olive oil to the basket.
  • Remove the beef from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  • Place the beef in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Add the red onion, bell peppers, carrot, and garlic to the Air Fryer.
  • Continue cooking for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
  • Baste the meat with the remaining marinade during cooking.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
