Ingredients
- 3½ cups cooked pumpkin or 2 15-ounce cans pumpkin puree
- 1¼ cups maple syrup
- ½ cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, stirring often.
- Simmer until thickened, approximately 25 minutes.
- Ladle into clean jars and process for 10 minutes in boiling-water bath.
